Private Pay Patients/10% Discount For Same Day Payments:

Patients that are uninsured or who choose to pay privately will be offered a 10% discount when payments in full are made on the day of service.

This discount may only be available to those patients that are not covered under any insurance or other program or arrangement under which a third party may have an obligation to pay or reimburse part or all of the fees for services a patient receives from The Doctor's House.

Costs of Professional Services and Consultations

$315 TO $480

Initial Visit

In general, your initial appointment at The Doctor's House will take 90 minutes. Approximately 60 minutes with Dr. Okulaja and 30 minutes with clinic staff. The cost of the first visit will vary based on the case complexity. Costs for any necessary tests or lab fees are billed separately.

Complex Care Consultation

$250

For patients with two or more chronic conditions, the initial consultation with Dr. Okulaja may extend beyond the first hour. The cost of the extra time needed is reflected in the charge for the Complex Care Consultation and will be added to the cost of the initial visit. Costs for any necessary tests or lab fees are billed separately.

Subsequent Visits

$100 TO $400

This price range applies to all subsequent appointments with Dr. Okulaja. Price varies based on the case complexity.

Medical Record Review

$350

Fee for a complete review of medical records. This service is designed specifically for patients with very complex medical histories or unresolved health issues.

International Administrative Service Fee

$100

This fee is applicable for international patients only and includes coordination of a pre-visit phone consultation with Dr. Okulaja, transferring copies of medical records, schedule coordination with any additional specialists, and coordination of imaging or laboratory services.

Clinic Laboratory Services

Fees for Lab services will be discussed and disclosed on an as-needed basis

Imaging and Radiology

We offer multiple service partners for imaging and radiology. Most insurances plans are accepted by these providers. Imaging and radiology costs for patients without insurance are available upon request.
